INTERIOR/EXTERIOR WATERPROOFING
We often get the question is it better to waterproof a foundation from the inside or outside, The best protection will always be from the outside. The undertaking of exterior waterproofing can be more expensive but will stop water from passing through your foundation period and in the long run will stop erosion of your block, stone or poured foundation. Interior is fine for tough spots hard to access from the exterior or if you have a limited budget but one should not expect the same longevity as an exterior foundation waterproofing. With exterior waterproofing we seal or replace any block, cracks or stone with hydraulic cement, apply 3 coats of a rubber sealer (never tar) then apply dimple drain board so water can flow directly to your drainage system that we also replace, keeping water away from your foundation. With interior waterproofing we would trench your inner perimeter to add drainage to a sump pump then install dimple drain board along interior walls so water passes down to drainage then cement floor.
SUMP PUMP INSTALL
We offer services from a simple sump pump replacement or more complex to full liner installation with sump pump and discharge plumbing.
REPAIR
We can look after the cracks in your foundation, crack injection from interior or fix from the exterior for longer lasting results
WINDOW WELL INSTALLATION
With our window well installation we draw the water away with a drainage pipe running up into drainage stone to wick water to the drainage system around the footing of your foundation, we repair all cracks and rubber coat your exterior wall (below ground level in window area) then install your new window well.
